Preparations for the 2024 FISU World University Sport Climbing Championships are in full swing
The University Sports Association of Primorska, with its representatives, attended the FISU seminar for the organizing committee.
The educational seminar was held in the town of Lausanne in Switzerland and took place from May 10 to 12, 2023.
We visited the headquarters of the International University Sports Federation, where all training and presentations took place. In three days, we listened to interesting lectures that will help us in the organization of the FISU World University Championship in sport climbing, the organization and performance of which awaits us in September 2024, in Koper.
At the seminar, we also presented our championship and the course of preparations, as well as ideas and plans for further organization, which is in full swing.
The seminar was attended by more than 30 people from all over the world, who will organize various world university championships in 2024. We used the seminar to exchange experiences and good practices, and returned from Switzerland full of new impetus and additional knowledge, which will be useful for an even better implementation of the event, at such a high level.
We are already looking forward to new challenges!
